1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date if:

• The software does not function as advertised on your machine.
• You have not successfully exported more than 50 products using the software.
• You have contacted our support team and we were unable to resolve your technical issue.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reply to your original purchase receipt email or contact our support team directly. Please include your License Key and a brief explanation of why the software did not meet your needs.

3. License Revocation

Upon processing a refund, your License Key and associated Hardware ID will be immediately revoked. The software will revert to Trial Mode, and you will no longer be able to utilize the premium export features.
