This Cookie Policy explains how ULIX AI uses cookies and similar browser technologies when you visit our website, access your account, or proceed through checkout.

01

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

02

Strictly Necessary Cookies

ULIX AI uses cookies that are necessary to provide secure account, authentication, and payment functionality. These technologies do not require consent where applicable, but blocking them through your browser may prevent certain website features from working correctly.

  • Authentication (Auth.js / NextAuth): We use secure, HTTP-only session and security cookies to authenticate ULIX accounts, maintain signed-in sessions, and protect account requests. These cookies are not used for advertising.
  • Payments (Stripe): Stripe, our payment processor and merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments, may use essential cookies or similar browser storage on Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages to process transactions, maintain secure sessions, and prevent fraud. Technologies controlled by Stripe are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie disclosures.
03

Third-Party & Analytics Cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page performance. Vercel Web Analytics operates without third-party cookies, and ULIX AI does not currently use advertising cookies or cookie-based behavioral analytics. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law before those cookies are placed.

04

Managing Your Cookies

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies that are necessary for authentication, account security, checkout, or fraud prevention may prevent you from signing in, accessing protected account areas, or completing a transaction. Browser controls do not affect cookie-free technologies that do not store information on your device.
